Positions and Qualifications:
1. Accounting Officer
Responsible for supervising the accounting operations in the assigned location/branch/section.
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant
- Female, not over 35 years old
- With 2 to 5 years of managerial experience in accounting operations
- Has the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Has the ability to oversee and manage monthly/quarterly budget and variance analysis
- With high level of computer literacy
2. Customer Relations Services (CRS) Supervisor
Responsible for supervising the security and safety functions in the respective areas of assignment.
- Male/Female; not over 32 years old
- Male must be at least 5 feet 6 inches in height and female must be at least 5 feet 2 inches in height; physically fit
- Graduate of BS Criminology or any 4 year Business course
- With at least 1 year experience in handling security matters and personnel
- With basic knowledge in crisis management and human behavior
- With keen investigation sills; detail-oriented
- Can work on extended hours
3. Treasury Assistant
Responsible for assisting the Treasury Supervisor in the performance of functions relative to internal/external financial transactions.
- Female; not over 25 years old
- Preferable graduate of Accountancy, Banking and Finance, Financial Management or any 4 year related course
- Knowledge of counterfeit detection and basic banking transaction
- Trustworthy, patient and keen to details
- Personable and flexible to be scheduled in support of retails hours
4. Gift Registry Assistant
Responsible for providing prompt and effective customer service to satisfy customers’ needs, and to significantly contribute to and maintain the company’s reputation.
- Female; 20-25 years old
- Graduate of any 4 year course
- At least 5 feet and 5 inches in height
- Selling experience of at least one year is preferred
5. Telephone Operator/Pager
Responsible for providing effective/efficient communication service on the telephone/paging system.
- Female; 18-25 years of age
- College undergraduate to graduate of any 4 year course or 2 to 3 years associate courses
- No previous experience required
- Above average oral communication skills and can operate telephone/paging system
6. Selling Supervisor
Responsible for assisting the Selling Manager through effective administration of the department to achieve smooth day-to-day operations and efficient customer service.
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Business Management
- With minimum 2 years relevant work experience in management capacity
- 3 years experience in retail management preferred
- Personable, creative, innovative and with above average communications skills
