Position: Customer Service Officer
Responsibilities:
- responsible for visiting required minimum number of machine installations daily
- regularly check machine performance including standard copy quality per machine
- gather feedback on service satisfaction level 24-hour customer complaint resolution
- introducing and selling other product lines and solutions including consumables and implementing pricing as may be necessary
Qualifications:
- candidate must be a graduate of any business, IT or engineering course
- at least 2 years of field work experience required for this position
- must have a strong ability to provide efficient customer service relations, gather feedback and offer immediate solution
- required skills: customer account management, customer business development, customer acquisition, customer care, sales activities
- excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- applicants must be residing in Cagayan de Oro
- must be available to start immediately
