Position: HR/Training Manager
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS/BA in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Marketing or any related course with 3 years managerial experience in all areas of personnel administration.
- Knowledgeable in implementing and administering HR policies and procedures
- With in-depth understanding and practice of Labor Laws and Code
Knowledge and Skills:
- Must have a pleasing personality, confident, smart and possesses maturity to handle pressures
- Computer literate and with above average communication skills both oral and written
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- Possess a strong bias for action and a keen sense of urgency
- Ability to analyze organizational behavior as well as human behavioral characteristics and motivations
- Self confident and professionally tactful to be able to stand your ground and convictions in the face of opposing opinions
- Display leadership qualities and behaviors
- Manpower Planning, Performance Appraisal, Training, Formulation and Implementation of HR policies, exposure to function of Personnel Department and have good communication skill
