Position: Production Assistant Supervisor
Qualifications:
- With at least 1 to 2 years experience
- Preferably Single, Female 21 to 26 years old
- Must be a graduate of Engineering, Business Admin/Commerce Courses or any related course
- Must have a good working attitude
Responsibilities:
- Is responsible for the overall supervising, direction, planning, assigning, coordination, and evaluation of the department
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
- Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment
- Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations
- Interprets specifications, give job orders to workers, and assigns duties
- Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules
- Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product
- Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of the department
- Addressing complaints and resolving problems
