Position: Branch Operations Assistant
Responsibilities:
Provide financial and operations support in processing collections, customer service requests of policy owners/representatives and agents in branch offices.
Qualifications:
- College degree holder
- Customer service-oriented
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of basic MS office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access and MS PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge in life insurance operations and product features is a plus.
