Position: Payroll Administrator
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
- Has strong knowledge of HR Processes and Policies
- Exceptional analytical skills required to perform financial modeling and interpretation of data
- Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Preferably 3-4 years of working experience in human resources- Compensation and Benefits Administration and processing
- Excellent computer skills
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cagayan de Oro City
