Positions and Qualifications:
1. HR Admin
Responsibilities will include:
- Create a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions
- Develop a pool of agents in case of need
- Post openings in newspapers and in other position appropriate venues. Utilize the Internet for recruitment
- Will assist in taking care of payroll, deductions, benefits and etc…
- Conduct pre screening interviews
- Assist in interviewing and selecting employees onsite
- Preparing new employee orientation packages
- And can handle any other related assignment that may be needed

2. IT Specialist
Interested applicants should have experience or knowledge in:
- MySQL Database
- Knowledge in Linux System Administration
- Knowledge in VICIdial
- Networking
- Trouble Shooting
- Knowledge in creating a sever / FTP, Web and Mail server
- And other basic IT trades (PC Hardware, Firewall etc…)
Responsibilities will include:
- Setup client software when needed
- Maintain and provide support for Customer Relationship Management
- Maintaining company server
- Prepare IT budget
- Responsible for maintaining and keeping the Company’s telecommunication systems running with minimal downtime
