Requirements
• Available to work full time for this position with overlap to US Central Time Zone
• Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
• Knows how to communicate properly especially when something urgent happens
• Have your own stable Internet connection and your own computer that’s capable of handling both media files and processor-intensive websites. Computer also has a working microphone and camera for video conferences.
• Needs to be able to follow step-by-step instructions and working procedures
• Great time management.
• An individual who is serious and works hard with or without supervision.
• Willing to be trained and a fast learner
• Preferably knows/has experience in Infusionsoft, HubSpot, or other process-automation software.
Responsibilities:
• Manage a large amount of inbound emails and webchats
• Generate Sales Leads through discovery in the service process
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customer and collect feedback about the product
