Job Summary:

Assist the Accounting Manager with the operations of the department; performs specific functions for both Head Office and Satellites Offices

Duties and Responsibilities:

•       prepares Sales and Purchase Journal
•       records and analyzes Unit Inventory
•       prepares and submits Value-Added Tax and Sales & Purchases Report to Bureau of Internal Revenue
•       Monitor Cagayan Branch’s office property and equipment
•       Notes payables (i.e. Primus Finance)

Qualifications:

•       a graduate of BSC – Accountancy / Management Accounting
•       with or without experience / open for fresh graduates
•       with good analytic and organization skills

SALES CONSULTANT (2)

Job Summary:

Market Ford Products and Services; entertain clients’ queries about Ford products and services

Qualifications:

•       A graduate of any four-year business-related course preferably major in Marketing
•       preferably fresh graduate or at least 1 year of relevant work experience
•       With good communication, negotiating and interpersonal skills
•       Willing to learn, dedicated and disciplined
•       Organized and systematic
•       Willing to be assigned outside Cagayan de Oro

SERVICE ADVISOR (1)

Job Summary:

Accommodates customers and entertains any query about parts & accessories and services needed for their vehicles; receives walk-in and scheduled customers for appointments.

Qualifications:

•       At least college graduate in any courses related to automotive to ensure interest or in any business related courses
•       At least one year experience in automotive dealership or any industry related or fresh graduates are welcome to apply
•       Ability to communicate and interact well with the customer very professionally
•       Must have good knowledge in the quality care process
•       Computer literate and can write very effectively

SERVICE SUPERVISOR

JOB SUMMARY:
Overseeing the Service, Parts and Accessories and DCRC operations; ensures the implementation of company policies and workshop internal policies; operation planning and business forecast; technician skills analyst by identifying training needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Facilitates Service Marketing Planning with the Marketing Coordinator
• Assesses the Training needs of subordinates and ensures that they are well motivated.
• Implements FGP policies and Quality Care Processes.
• Approves documents relevant to the operation of the Service Department – e.g. Warranty claims, Quotations and Estimates, Gate Passess, Pre-work Arrangements, Parts and Tools & Equipment Requisition, Contractor Slips, Contractors Fee Request and Product Concern reports.

JOB SPECIFICATION:
• preferably graduate of Mechanical Engineering
• with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
• with above average communication and interpersonal skills
• organized, systematic and has good negotiating and people-management skills
• familiarity with Automotive and Technical aspects of the operations
