Requirements:
• Preferably a Graduate of BS Psychology/BS HRDM or Management
• With exposure on the following;
Competency based Interview, Training requirement assessment, Facilitating/Conducting training, Carrying out employees competency development program.
• Result driven, smart, pro-active
• With pleasing personality
• Computer Literate (MS Office)
• Can do multi-task and can work with less supervision.
• Willing to be assigned at Purok 8, Upper Puerto Cagayan de Oro City.
