1. Financial Key Specialist – Cagayan de Oro
Responsibilities:
– Continuous activity of seeking, observing, identifying and qualifying people/prospect.
– Secures appointment with the identified and qualified people/prospect.
– Meet, interview and gather a body of information about the prospect.
– After identifying the prospect’s protection needs, present the financial solution that is to
highlight the benefits of the products/services.
– Executes anything that will cause a prospect to buy now.
– Ensures client’s satisfaction and maintaining the business in the books of the company.

– Hard-working
– Good Communication Skills
– Has working experienced specializing in sales
– A college graduate
– Is 25 years old and above
2. Assistant Unit Executive – Cagayan de Oro
Responsibilities:
– Acts as leader of the newly created unit.
– Plans, organize, lead and control within the assigned unit.
– Responsible in building and managing your unit.
– Non-stop searching of potential individual/human resources to be a member of the group or
unit.
– Responsible in converting those human resources to become productive and profitable with
sustainability.
– Conducts trainings, meetings, orientations, joint field works and caddying to the newly
member of the team/unit.
Qualifications:
– Has a good communication skills
– Has a leadership skills
– Has a good inter-personal skills
– Hard-working
– College graduate
– Is 30 years old and above
– Has mobility (preferably has own vehicle)
