1. Internal Audit Supervisor
Responsibilities:
• Work with the audit manager in developing annual audit plan and coordination of audit activities.
• Performs audits for business operations, finances, compliance, with policies and procedures. Review and evaluate work papers and determine compliance in accordance with auditing standards and company policies.
• Oversee audit planning and reporting activities according to established policies, instructions and assists employees on difficult assignments; encourages innovations, and guides others towards goal.
• Coordinate the various planning phases of an engagement, including staff requirements, scheduling and the assignments of work by other audit staff and Industrial Engineers.
• Supervise audit team to ensure quality and on-time delivery of reports. Review the audit or other work programs and time budgets. Analyze and resolve issues in a timely fashion.
• Regularly evaluate performance of audit staffs and provide appropriate feedback.
• Review reports and financial statements and tax returns.
Qualifications:
-Graduate of BS Accountancy, CPA
-At least 5 years of working experience
-Deliver results in timely manner
-Familiar with the operations in a manufacturing industry Computer Literate (MS OFFICE APPLICATIONS)

2. Storekeeper Supervisor
• Supervise in receiving the materials from branches and suppliers.
• Ensure that the issued materials to different requesting departments are correct and complete base on the MRIF.
• Monitoring and proper planning of the stock level in genstore and make requisition when necessary.
• To ensure that the periodic inventory count has been conducted.
• See to it that the encoded materials received and issued are properly inputted in the system (JDE).
• Submit to Accounting and Audit department monthly and quarterly variance report.
• To implement and practice GMP, 5S and HACCP in the workplace.
• Perform other functions as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
• At least 5 years minimum work experience in a related field
• A college degree holder of any engineering or business related courses.
3. Industrial Engineer
• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Should possess good leadership skills and can work with less supervision;
• With good disposition
• Willing to work in Lagonglong, Misamis Oriental
