QUALIFICATIONS:
1. At least one year experience working in cooperatives and/or other business setting
2. A graduate of BS Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related field.
3. Willing to work with a very dynamic team for the development of a community.
TERMS OF REFERENCE:
1.Develop marketing strategies of XE products for the community to have viable and sustainable sources of income to meet their day to day needs.
2.Facilitate various training for the non-skilled beneficiaries who want to engage in the identified entrepreneurship activities.
3.Implement livelihood programs for sustainable employment of partner beneficiaries.
4.Prepare database and monitor the income and employment status of the partner-beneficiaries engaging in Food and Non-Food Enterprises and those who were trained by the project.
5.Shall regularly report and coordinate with the Community Development Team Leader on matters relating to the project.
6.Facilitate planning for the community level groups and organize activities with supervision of the Community Development Team Leader.
7. perform other organizing and tasks on the ground as may be assigned.
