IMCC is in need of:
1. Faculty members for the College of Arts and Sciences:
ENGLISH, MATHEMATICS, & FILIPINO MAJORS;
2. Faculty for the College of Computer Studies:
With any computer-related course & a Master’s degree;
3. Program Head for Social Work:
Applicants must be licensed Social Workers with Master’s degree.
Qualifications
a. Master’s degree holder in an appropriate field;
b. Must be a holder of an appropriate professional license requiring at least a bachelor’s degree;
c. Must be proficient in oral and written communication;
d. Must be of good moral character; and
e. Must be computer literate.
Duties and Responsibilities
a. Formulates, updates, submits course syllabus for each subject at the beginning of the semester;
b. Submits test questions, grades, and other requirements on time;
c. Observes consultation hours diligently;
d. Attends classes punctually and regularly;
e. Creates a classroom climate conducive to learning and the development of students’ potentials;
f. Employs a well-prepared and varied presentation of subject matter;
g. Gives objective evaluation of the academic performance of students according to the grading system of IMCC at the end of each term;
h. Orients students on the computation of final grades in accordance with the grading system of the College;
a. Implements the policies on students’ attendance, discipline, examination procedures and other policies;
b. Observes consultation hours;
c. Provides quality instruction to the students and serves as their model in intellectual and moral standards; and
d. Performs other duties and functions as may be required by the position.
