Account Manager

Qualifications:

-At least 2 Years Call Center experience
-w/ Managerial experience
-Detail-oriented, organized, very analytical
-Has demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills

Main Responsibilities:

-Responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients Minimizes client attrition by renewing service contracts.
-Identifies potential client concerns and pro-actively resolves them.
-Up -sell clients on other products and services offered by the company Makes sure that the client`s quota and needs are met within the specified time frame agreed upon in the contract Responsible in keeping the production leader updated with any changes or feedback coming from the client.
-Familiarizes the group with the client needs, specifications, design targets, development process, design standards, techniques and tools to support overall performance.
-Monthly aims for a 100% Client Retention Rate, no outstanding collections from the clients, and acceptable revenue per agent.
