Chief Mechanic – Mr.Tyre and Bridgestone
Job Description:
1. Analyzes and resolves equipment problems, and assists mechanics in resolving equipment problems;
2. Examines vehicles and determines the nature and extent of damage of malfunction;
3. Trains workers and demonstrates repair and maintenance of vehicles, using handtools, welding, and grinding equipment;
4. Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop;
5. Assigns mechanics to performance expectations of the mechines under liability
6. Ensures that a clean and safe work area is maintained;
7. Adheres to proper cleaning methods, storage, proper care, and disposal of equipment and supplies;
Qualification:
-Male, between 25 – 40 years Old
-Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Automotive related course (NCII)
-Must know how to drive & w/ driver’s license codes 1,2,3
-At least 5 years of working experience
-With good troubleshooting skills
-Willing to travel and to be reassigned
