HR Assistant Supervisor
Qualifications:
– Male, graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent.
– With at least five (5) years working supervisory experience in all facets of HR including but not limited to Manpower Recruitment, Employee/Labor Relation, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Training’s, etc.
– Well-versed in Labor Laws, problem solver and a team player who can provide council to peers and senior personnel.
– With good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
– Willing to work during Saturday’s, full time position available.
