1. Senior Salesman

RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Distributes the right product assortment per channel within the assigned territory
– Meet and maintains agreed monthly and annual sales goals
– Ensures visibility of the product
– Taking sales orders, product distribution and credit and collection task.

REQUIREMENTS:
– Male, not more than 36 yrs old
– Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
– At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
– Knows how to drive (with Restriction Code 1,2,3)

2. Booking Salesman

RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Ensures fast placement of new products in all outlets covered.
– Accounts maintenance and development.
– Religious and quality monitoring of commitments per account.
– Ensures timely submission of accurate reports, purchase orders and collections.

REQUIREMENTS:
– Male/ Female, not over 35 years old
– Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Marketing or equivalent.
– At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
– Preferably with sales experience
– Very good in oral and written communications.
– Computer Literate (Power point/Excel)
– Driving skills with professional driver’s license is an edge
– Willing to travel.

3. Accounting Staff

RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services
– Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
– Prepare batches of invoices for data entry
– Data enter invoices for payment
– Process backup reports after data entry
– Manage the weekly cheque run and recording
– Prepare and logging in vendor cheques for mailing
– Prepare manual cheques as and when required
– Maintain listing of accounts receivable and payable
– Maintain the general ledger the vendor files and its file numbers
– Print and distribute monthly financial reports
– Maintain inventory files
– Monitor and order office supplies
– Prepare purchase orders
– Prepare travel and accommodation warrants and travel advances for staff
– Ensure the confidentiality and security of all financial and employee files
– Collect money and provide receipts
– Perform other related duties as required

REQUIREMENTS:

– Female/Male 22-30 years old
– Graduate of Commerce or any related course
– Very good in oral and written communication skills
– Computer Literate (PowerPoint/Excel)
– Can work long hours
– Can work with minimum supervision
