Parts In-charge (For Zamboanga Branch)
Qualification:
1. Must have good interpersonal and organizational skills
2. Can perform administrative skills
Primary Function:
1. Ordering of parts
2. Parts Issuance
Specific Tasks:
1. Parts ordering and inquiries
2. Microcat
3. Ordering of locals parts, tools, equipment if necessary as requested.
4. Assist walk-in customer on parts inquiries.
5. Prepare parts monitoring reports ( unsupplied )
6. Incharge of parts inventory.
7. Evaluate vendor performance.
8. Review and perform physical count of all inventories.
9. Perform efficient facility maintenance and resolve all customer inquiries.
CASHIER – FOR ILIGAN
FUNCTION:
• To handle all service and parts related money transaction.
• To reconcile daily business transaction
• To administer petty
• To maintain pertinent records.
REPORTS TO:
• Service In Charge / Comptroller / Service Supervisor
IN CHARGE OF:
• Clerical Job
• Collections
QUALIFICATION:
• Customer relations ability
• Administrative skills
DUTIES AND REPONSIBILITIES;
• Checks and closes our repair orders ready for payment
• Receive customer payments for service work by acceptable method of payment or credit.
• Submit a daily cash receipt summary to accounting department. Excel form summary to Service In charge.
• Maintain customer service file.’
• Provide warranty claim records to monitor the warranty claim. (Optional –if necessary )
• Assist in operation of follow-up system.
• Contact customer for collections.
• Check if all close repair orders and parts withdrawal if properly inputted in the QuickBooks.
• Maintain cleanliness and observe five “S” office system. Sorting, Strengthen, Shine Cleanliness, Standardize and sustain.
• Prepare Charge Invoice
• Keep control of office supplies and order if necessary.
• Prepare monthly summary report and weekly collection reports
• Prepare daily sales report and weekly sales report
