1.) CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ( CSR) for CEBU
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide answers to inquiries involving a company’s product or services to enhance the
level of customer satisfaction.
2. Communicate with the customers to respond, follow-up and resolve issues.
3. Deal with customer feedback and determine action on the customer’s request.
Qualifications:
1.Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field
2. Excellent English communication skills.
3. Customer service account experience is an advantage.
4. Must be sharp and aggressive.
5. Computer-literate with at least 35wpm typing skills.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Establishes rapport to business representatives

Qualifications:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field
2. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
3. At least 1 year sales experience
4. At least 2 years BPO experience
5. Must be sharp and aggressive.

3.) RECRUITMENT OFFICER for CDO Based
Job Responsibilities:
1. Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
2. Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
3. Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
4. Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
5. Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
6. Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedule
7. Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
8.Manages new employee relocation by determining new employee requirements; negotiating with movers; arranging temporary housing; providing community introductions.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical and network problem resolution to end-users (customers) by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
2. Support will be provided by clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner.
3. Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services;
4. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware issues
5. Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers’ and clients’ business
Qualifications:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field (IT related course is an advantage)

Job Responsibilities
1. Manages training deliver services to achieve performance goals
2. Implements all training courses as scheduled
3. Supervises trainees reporting to her/him to ensure they meet performance standards
4. Creates individual development plans for each trainee reporting to him/her
5. Creates new courses as necessary and evaluate existing ones
6. Recommends necessary revisions to existing training courses and possible areas requiring
training courses.
7. Promoting an open knowledge-sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills and service for the benefit of the organization as a whole.
Qualifications
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Linguistics/Languages, Mass
2. Communications, Others or equivalent.
