HR AND ADMIN HEAD
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource or any related field
• 7 – 10 years of professional experience with at least 4 years in management role
• Relevant experience in unionized organization
• Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation and benefits administration, organizational planning and development, employee relations, training and development and office administration
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Superior interpersonal and coaching skills including patience and ability to work well with staff at all levels
• Practice a high level of confidentiality and excellent organization skills
• Demonstrate ability to successfully participate on senior management teams that provide leadership and strategic direction
• Excellent analytical skills and good reasoning abilities and sound judgment
• Willing to be assign at Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental
Position Summary:
Plans, implements, and manages the human resources and administration function including but not limited to hiring and retaining of staff, labor relations, regulatory and statutory labor compliance, collective bargaining, compensation and benefits and performance reviews. The incumbent is also responsible for the maintenance of relevant property insurance and vendor relationships with the lessees/clients.
