Positions and Qualifications:
1. Account Executives
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and implementing monthly and quarterly sales plan to increase sales and generate leads
- Retain and penetrate route calls on prospects/accounts
- Continuously update product knowledge and selling skills
- Monitor and comply with pricing procedures
- Conduct product demontrations
- Keep abreast of competition
- Attend and participate in all sales-related meetings
- Comply with the company policis on orders, credit terms and deliveries
- Prepare a customized proposal based on the data gathered
- Prepare and submit Customer Information Sheet on new accounts for credit approval
- Supervise collection effort on delinquent account
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent diploma in any related discipline
- 1 to 3 years generalist experience in selling and marketing, preferably industrial and office equipment
- Must have solid experience in doing fieldwork
- Demonstrated ability and passion to pursue a career in sales
- Proven professional maturity, integrity and energy to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent negotiation, collaboration, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills ideal for client relation building
- With pleasing and engaging personality, with good negotiation skills
- Candidate must be residing in Cagayan de Oro

2. Field Service Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Responsible in providing technical services to clients in terms of Preventive Maintenance and Service Response Calls including sales of spare parts and consumables
- Provide assistance to clients in terms of spare parts replacement for machine and sales of consumables
- Provide information to the Sales group regarding existing accounts with trade-in possibilities to Risograph
- Assist the Sales group in machine demonstration for possible closing of machine sales
- Provide machine training to in-house Service Engineers as well as out-of-town servicing and training for branch Service Engineers and clients
- Provide overhauling services to Risograph machines when needed
Requirements:
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Computer Engineering
- Male, not more than 28 years of age
- Must have good technical background preferably in an IT environment
- Must have dedication and competence for intensive training
- Must be willing to do out-of-town service calls
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Preferably a resident of Cagayan de Oro

3. Branch Manager for Cagayan de Oro
Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, planning and executing business strategies
- He/She will also be strengthening market position of our products as well as developing new accounts
- Bring the company’s products at the forefront of identified markets in a geographical area, achieve and exceed sales goals and work with the Product and Marketing Team to successfully increase market shares
- Develop, enhance and maintain client database and build potent relationships to ensure market position
- Actively monitor and review product portforlios to highlight revenue growth
- Increase sales revenue in terms of machine sales
- Review all sales plans, reports and forecast of Account Executives and recommend appropriate plans and actions
- Assist in the closing of all sales concerning machine transactions of selling units
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any Engineering, Business or IT related course
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Exposure in production printing industry or selling office equipments highly preferred
- Must have a generalist experience in other functional areas including product management and marketing and solid track record in sales management and development, covering national geographic from a large and progressive company
- Must have good people management skills with the ability to lead, coach and supervise people
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be willing to be assigned in Cagayan de Oro City
