Positions and Qualifications:
1. ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER- CASH OPERATIONS
- Responsible for over all cashiering operations & administration
- Female, at least 25 years old; Graduate of any four-year course
- At least 2 years experience in cash / front-end operations in any service-oriented organization
2. DEPARTMENT HEAD
(STORE SUPERVISOR)
- Assist the Store Manager in implementing customer service and merchandise display standards
- Responsible for the achievement of department sales and profitability
- Experience in service-oriented companies like retail and fastfood will be an advantage
- Possess strong leadership skills and willing to work on weekends and holidays
- College Graduate preferably Business related courses and not above 30 years old
3. CASHIERING SUPERVISOR –OPERATIONS
- Directly supervises the cashiers
- Female, at least 25 years old; Graduate of any four-year course
- At least 2 years experience in cash / front-end operations in any service-oriented organization
