Mid/Senior PHP Web Developer

Job Scope and Description:
• Responsible for creating a website from scratch.
• Responsible for maintaining existing websites.
• Responsible for improving and upgrading existing websites.
• Responsible for creating  website using existing Open Source CMS and Framework

Job Requirements:
• Knowledgeable in Programming Language (PHP and Javascript).
• Knowledgeable in Web Development scripts (HTML5/CSS3 and JQuery).
• Knowledgeable in Database (MySQL).
• Knowledgeable in PHP CMS & Framework (WordPress and CodeIgniter).
• Knowledgeable in PHP OOP and MVC

Job Specifications:
• At least 22 years of age.
• Preferably a graduate of BSIT, Com-Sci, Computer Engineering & other Computer Courses. Undergrad  is still encourage to apply.
• At least 2 years work experience using PHP and Web Development.
• Good in oral and written communication skills in english.

Administrative/HR Staff

Job Qualifications:
• Must be a graduate of Accountancy, Commerce, Management Accounting, Finance and/or any business  courses.
• Computer Literate.
• 20 to 26 years of age..
• Willing to work long hours and work overtime.
• Must be willing to work in Cagayan de Oro City.
• With good communication skills.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

Job responsibilities:

Accounting functions:
1. Monitor, prepare, file and  pay income tax return and other BIR tax payments and requirements .
2. Prepare and pay government requires deductions(SSS, Phil-health, & HDMF).
3. Collection of overdue bills to clients and deposit it to company bank account.
4. Monitor, prepare voucher and payment of company bills.
5. Online submission of R3 to SSS and Employer’s remittance report to Phil-health.
6. Prepare profit and loss statements and  monthly cash flow accounting reports.
7. Keep record and analyz bank transaction.
8. Make report of details of monthly bank statement. Note: Match bank statement with receipts.
9. Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
10.     Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
11.     Prepare and review revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
12.     Resolve accounting discrepancies.

HR Functions:
1. Recruit employees by advertising job openings and or call applicants.
2. Conduct hiring process to the applicants such as interview, examination and job orientation.
3. Laying out the rules, scope of work and job description to successful applicant.
4. Communicate with employees regarding their inquiries about salary, work loads, work problem, company rules, and other concerns.
5. Encoding and keeping background information of the employees.
6. Attend and facilitate job fairs.

Marketing Functions:
1. Identify potential clients  by sending them  flyers via email and follow up them through phone call.
2. Study company services and Communicating with clients.
