Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Accepts SOP from all salesmen of Mindanao customers.
• Handles proper documentation of Sales
• Encodes SO in JDE for confirmation by logistics accurately and without delay
• Prints Sales Invoices and send to logistics timely for delivery
• Maintain good customer relations with buyers including coordination for deliveries and concerns
• Coordinates with logistics for timely deliveries to customers
• Submits final sales invoice daily to Sales services coordinator for updating
• Processes documentation of Sales to Employees including Mazola sales ( Every Saturday).
• To practice and implement 5S, GMP, and HACCP in the workplace.
• To perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

-At least 1 year minimum work experience in handling marketing or sales.
-Must be a college graduate
-Results oriented
-Computer literate; knowledge in ERP system
-With excellent communication skills (articulate, quick thinker, can grasp ideas easily)
-With great regard to good customer service
-Practice professionalism
-Good in planning & organizing
-With ideal work ethics
