ICCP Land Management, Inc. is the Project Management arm of the ICCP Group, whose property development projects include: the Light Industry & Science Park chain of industrial parks; residential and mixed use development projects in Cebu, Cagayan de Oro, Pampanga, Batangas and Laguna (and expanding into other key areas of the country); Metro Manila World Trade Center.
The Company is now inviting dynamic and topnotch individuals to apply for the position of:
PROJECT MANAGER
The successful candidate should have the ability to maintain a flexible working approach and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. He will handle all aspects of project management such as, but not limited to:
• coordinating the preparation of master development plans and detailed architectural and engineering designs of projects;
• assessing project needs and providing inputs to project plans;
• preparing project budgets and assisting in developing project objectives;
• coordinating the bidding, award, and administration of construction contracts with architects, engineers, consultants, construction managers, and contractors;
• taking the lead role in monitoring the implementation of projects, ensuring that project plans and specifications are strictly adhered to and projects are completed on time and within budget; and
• coordinating the turnover of completed projects to the Company.
The ideal candidate we are looking for should have the following qualifications:
• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering; Masteral degree would be an advantage;
• With at least 7 years of relevant experience;
• With proven ability to manage construction projects, deal with contractors and consultants, and meet deadlines and targets;
• With effective interpersonal and communication skills, and
• Computer literate in his line of work.
