YSU MARKETING IS IN IMMEDIATE NEED OF:

AUDIT STAFF

RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Perform audit procedures on property and equipment, Accounts, accrued expenses and general income statement accounts in financial statements and propose adjusting journal entries when needed.
2.Reconciliation of A/R, Credit card and bank transactions to affiliates.
3.Communicate with departments in order to identify and assess existing accounting processes, internal controls, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
4.Review accounting transactions and consider appropriate application of generally accepted accounting principles if necessary.
5.Interact with OIC’s and employees
6.Reviews and reconcile Delivery Receipts using the accounting software 7.Prepares variety of reports, documents and other written materials for the purpose of documenting activities, providing reference and/or conveying information.
8.Participates in a variety of meeting for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform functions.
9.Perform other duties as needed on engagements and as assigned by supervisory personnel.

REQUIREMENTS:

•Female
•Must be a graduate of any accounting-related course.
•With at least 1 year work experience in Accounting and/or Auditing.
•License not necessary
•Physically fit
•Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
