AREA SUPERVISOR (CDO-based)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate and supervise business projects in the assigned area.
• Assist the Area Manager in leading, directing and motivating the team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives
• Monitor, analyze and take accountability for performance affecting improvements in sales productivity, sales quality and optimization of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with managers and clients to plan, develop, implement, and monitor the project development activities.
• Assist in recruiting and training staffs.
• Evaluate employee performance and implement staff development plans.
• Maintain complete and accurate business records in judicial database.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Male or female, 28-35 years old
• Business course graduate
• At least 5 yrs. working experience in business management or marketing field
• Previous Supervisory/Management experience required
• Self-managed and highly motivated
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• People and Team Oriented
• Has good working attitude and can work under pressure
• Willing to travel
• Must be a resident of Cagayan de Oro
