Position: Technical Assistant – Mechanical Engineer
Responsibilities:
-Assist Property Manager in day-to-day operations of the property
-Ensure equipment reliability
-Prepare cost estimate and scope of work
-Perform utilities monitoring and submit report
-Spearhead the maintenance group
-Initiate enercon and system improvements
-Assist tenants in their inquiries/concerns
Requirements:
-Licensed Mechanical Engineer
-At least 1 year experience in Equipment Maintenance, Project Management, HVAC or Construction
-Has background in preparing and evaluating plans, cost estimate, and quality assurance/control
-Customer service oriented and can work under pressure
-Good communication skills
-Good leadership skills
-Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
