10-14-11 | Operations Manager, Finance and Control Officer, General Cashier, Cinema In-Charge, Marketing Assistant, Marketing Manager | Cagayan de Oro Gateway Corp. (Centrio Mall developer) | Cagayan de Oro

Company: Cagayan De Oro Gateway, Corp. is a subsidiary of Ayala Land, Inc. It is the owner and developer of Centrio, the newest Ayala development in Cagayan De Oro City.

Positions and Qualifications:

1. OPERATIONS MANAGER

Responsibilities:

Reporting under the General Manager, the successful hiree will supervise the leasing activities of the mall including merchandise mix, lease administration and merchant relations operating within the financial return, budget and performance parameters established by management.
Requirements:

  • Business course graduates, preferably with MBA
  • At least 3 years work experience in a similar capacity
  • Has excellent negotiation, customer service, organization and human resource skills
  • Mature, professional and business like in demeanour
  • Persuasive, decisive and resourceful
  • Able to relate well with people at all levels

2. FINANCE AND CONTROL OFFICER

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy
  • Certified Public Accountants (CPA) are preferred
  • Preferably with at least 3-yr junior officer-level experience in Finance and Accounting
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Cagayan de Oro City
  • Must have effective oral and written communication skills
  • With hands-on experience in SAP is preferred
  • Must be highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Willing to work long hours

3. GENERAL CASHIER

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
  • At least 2 years work experience in accounting or treasury
  • Must be computer literate
  • Preferably with SAP end user experience

4. CINEMA IN-CHARGE

Responsibilities:

Will oversee the operations of the cinemas and implement guidelines, policies and standards mandated and demanded of its operations. Spearhead in preparing the financial plan and business plan of the cinemas and ensure that initiatives indentified are being implemented to ensure its financial feasibility.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Cagayan de Oro City
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support, Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
  • Has excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Good supervisory skills
  • Willing to work longer hours

5. MARKETING ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

Hired candidate will assist in the implementation of the mall events and promotion of other marketing related activities.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Cagayan de Oro City
  • Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development, Sales – Retail/General or equivalent is an advantage
  • Must have excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Must be attentive to details, flexible and willing to work long hours

6. MARKETING MANAGER

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Cagayan de Oro City
  • Preferably an experienced manager specializing in Marketing/Business Development, Sales – Retail/General or equivalent
  • Candidate must have good organizational leadership & customer relations skills
  • Must be creative and could energize a team
  • Exposure to retail trends & consumer behaviour would be a plus factor
  • Willing to work longer hours
