1. SATELLITE OFFICER for Butuan City

Job Descriptions:

•To achieve satellite annual targets on Membership, Total Assets, Deposits, Share Capital, Loan Releases, Net Surplus, Portfolio at Risk and COOP PESOS rating.
•To ensure the policies, systems, and procedures in the satellite operations are followed according to the manual of operations.
•To supervise the overall daily satellite operation.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or Commerce
•At least three (3) years experience in cooperative operations
•At least three (3) years experience in a supervisory position
•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
•Strong analytical and decision-making skills
•Effective planning and organizing skills
•Spirituality-imbued character
•Effective team player

2. 5 ACCOUNT OFFICERS for Laguindingan.

Job Objectives:

•To conduct credit investigation, background check and collateral appraisal
•To recommend loanable amount of the member
•To facilitate on time collections

Qualifications:

•Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or Commerce
•At least one year experience in lending operations
•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
•Good oral and written communication skills
•Knowledge in collateral appraisal
•Spiritually-imbued character
•Effective team player

3. 5 DEVELOPMENT OFFICERS for Maranding Branch.

Job Objectives:

•To campaign for new regular and group members
•To facilitate processing of new accounts
•To determine paying capability of group members
•To equip groups with entrepreneurial knowledge and skills
•To implement programs to maintain and improve customer relations

Qualifications:

•Preferably business courses.
•At least one year experience in lending operations
•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
•Good oral and written communication skills
•Knowledge in collateral appraisal

4. 6 MEMBERSHIP DEVELOPMENT OFFICERS for Laguindingan, Manticao, and Buruun
