1. STORE MANAGER
• Responsible for the achievement of sales and EBIT target of the store. Ensures also the proper maintenance of merchandise based on standards and ensures that quality products are displayed in the store at all times.
• Implements promotional activities and evaluates its impact to store sales, and initiates projects and activities that will help generate or improve sales of the store by setting the highest performance standards in the store.
• Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Commerce, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): JDA System.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent.
2. DEPARTMENT HEAD
• Assist the Store Manager in implementing customer service and merchandise display standards.
• Responsible for the achievement of department sales and profitability.
• Experience in service-oriented companies like retail and fast-food will be an advantage.
• Possess strong leadership skills and willing to work on weekends and holidays
3. ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
• Responsible for planning, direction, and implementation of activities relative to store and office administration such as safety & security, housekeeping, maintenance of store facilities, equipment, and receiving.
• Background in fire prevention programs and other procedures related to building maintenance.
• Male or female, graduate of any four-year course.
4. CASHIERING SUPERVISOR OPERATIONS
• Responsible for the proper batching and accounting of charge transaction document.
• Responsible for ensuring that all cashiers are properly trained and know all standard work procedures required in the performance of their functions.
• Submits on time accurate reports and daily updating of sales registry books; timely preparation and submission of requests for Debit Memo for UGC and Supplier’s GC redemption.
• Ensures immediate feedback and action during POS machine trouble, breakdown and unavailability of backlines.
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance, Accountancy or any related course.
• Preferably with Experience in a service-oriented Company
• At least 2 years of working experience in Cash Operations from a retail industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge in various check-out policies and the Point of Sales System.
5. CASHIERING SUPERVISOR ADMINISTRATION
• Responsible for the accounting of all cash collections and remittances. Prepares and submits also Daily Deposit Reports, petty cash replenishment, and Cashier’s Accountability Report (CAR). Acts as custodian of Gift Certificates and monitors efficiently Guarantor Gift Certificate (GGC).
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Retail Banking/Branch Operation or Management.
6. RECEIVING SUPERVISOR
• Responsible for the proper handling of merchandise to avoid damage and spoilage and that, proper measures are taken to prevent pilferage and shrinkage.
• Ensures the accuracy in the documentation of all merchandise on hand.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent.
7. RECEIVER
• Will be responsible for receiving of incoming items of the store
• Experience in the same capacity preferred
• Male, not above 28 years old and Graduate of any four-year course
8. SECRETARY
• Female and Graduate of any four year course
• With pleasing personality, fast learner, and with good moral character.
• Familiar with clerical works and must be a computer literate (Computer applications such as: MS word excel and power point. With background in JDA application is an advantage)
9. CASHIERS
• Knows how to render good customer service.
• With pleasing personality, fast learner, and hardworking and with good moral character.
• Preferably with experience in cash operations in any service-oriented organization.
• Female, not above 26 years old, at least 5’ in height and Graduate of any four-year course
10. SALES CLERKS
• Knows how to render good customer service.
• Preferably with experience in selling operations in any service-oriented organization
• Male, not above 28 years old, at least 5” 5 in height, at least High School Graduate and with pleasing personality
11. INFORMATION CLERK
• Responsible for the customer requests, queries, and other services deemed necessary
• Responsible for the proper implementation and monitoring of corporate accounts, extended services, and other customer-oriented services of the store
• Facilitate store return / exchange policy program
• Female, not more than 27 years old; Graduate of any four-year course
