Position 1: CASHIER
Reports to Accounting Head

POSITION DESCRIPTION

A Cashier contributes to the development and maintenance of financial systems, manages payroll and cash flow.

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS

• Documents, records, and reports are prepared, completed, maintained, and typed accurately in a timely manner
• Supervisor is appropriately informed of area activities
• All functions are completed in accordance with the standards and procedures
• Accounting Files and other documents are properly maintained
• Good relationship and coordination with co-workers.

JOB QUALIFICATION

• Educational Attainment : A graduate of any Accounting related course
• Required Knowledge : Computer Applications such as but not limited to MS Office, & Open Office; Basic Accounting
• Experience Required : At least one (2) years of related work experience
• Skills / Abilities : Fast learner; Attentive and accurate to details;Result oriented;Well-organized; Reliable;Computer Literate Works with minimum supervision

Position 2: BILLING OFFICER
Reports to Accounting Head

POSITION DESCRIPTION

A Billing Officer takes charge in carrying out the billing functions of the company.

JOB QUALIFICATION

• Educational Attainment : A graduate of any Accounting related course
• Required Knowledge : Computer Applications such as but not limited to MS Office, & Open Office; Familiarity with billing ; Basic Mathematical Computations
• Experience Required : At least one (1) year of related work experience
• Skills / Abilities : Attentive and accurate to details; Results oriented; Well- organized; Flexible; Computer Literate

Position 3:

HUMAN RESOURCE HEAD
Reports to the General Manager

POSITION DESCRIPTION

A Human Resource Head will handle recruitment process, employee concerns, and maintains good relationship among employees and management by creating reinforcement activities that motivate and encourage employees to be more productive and determined with work.

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS

• Accurate HR Reports, and documents are submitted on time
• Supervisor is appropriately informed of area activities
• HR functions are completed in accordance with the standards and procedures
• Employee Feedback, Satisfaction, Retention, and Engagement
• Good relationship with co-workers
• Maintain an updated HR Manual
• Advise HR Officer or the General Manager whereabouts when out of the compound.

JOB QUALIFICATION

Educational Attainment : A graduate of Psychology or equivalent

Required Knowledge : Organizational Development; Compensation & Benefits Administration; Work Ethics; Labor Code; Computer Applications such as but not limited to MS Office & Open Office

Experience Required : At least one (1) years experience as HR Head
