Position: Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

• responsible for visiting required minimum number of machine installations daily
• regularly check machine performance including standard copy quality per machine
• gather feedback on service satisfaction level 24-hour customer complaint resolution
• introducing and selling other product lines and solutions including consumables and implementing pricing as may be necessary

Qualifications:

• candidate must be a graduate of any business, IT or engineering course
• at least 2 years of field work experience required for this position
• must have a strong ability to provide efficient customer service relations, gather feedback and offer immediate solution
• required skills: customer account management, customer business development, customer acquisition, customer care, sales activities
• excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• applicants must be residing in Cagayan de Oro
• must be available to start immediately
