Sales Assistant
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/
Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint, MS Word.
Applicants must be willing to work in Cagayan de Oro City.
At least 1 year/s working experience handling marketing or sales.
Full-Time position(s) available.
Job Description:
– Accepts SOP from all salesmen of Mindanao customers.
– Handles proper documentation of Sales
a. Encodes SO in JDE for confirmation by logistics accurately and without delay
b. Prints Sales Invoices and send to logistics timely for delivery
c. Maintain good customer relations with buyers including coordination for deliveries and concerns
– Coordinates with logistics for timely deliveries to customers
– Submits final sales invoice daily to Sales services coordinator for updating
– Processes documentation of Sales to Employees including Mazola sales ( Every Saturday).
– To practice and implement 5S, GMP, and HACCP in the workplace.
– To perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
