Site Survey Specialist (Cagayan de Oro City)
Responsibilities:
•Survey potential sites for new stores
•Complete onsite assessments of the
physical locations, collect required
data (equipment details,
specification, etc.)
•Identify and coordinate with property
owners to gain authority to enter into
legal agreements for the new business
•Conduct site studies including
analysis, planning and execution for
business developments
Qualifications:
•College Graduate of any 4-year course
•Preferably Male
•Experience in Sales & Marketing is an
advantage
•Working knowledge / experience in MS
Office applications (i.e. Excel, Word)
or their equivalent
•With drivers license(restriction code
2)
•Self-driven and goal-oriented
•Can work with less supervision
•Dynamic and highly motivated
•Willing to travel
•Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
