Hardware Manager

Hardware Manager Job Description
•       Develop and maintain clients’ products as per organization policies.
•       Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
•       Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
•       Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
•       Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.
•       Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
•       Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.

•       Design and implement strategies to organize Hardware  and Autoparts Group to ensure maximum output.
•       Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up   on work results.
•       Monitor and prepare reports for all the staff and associate activities with s Hardware and autoparts development.
•       Prepare Hardware/autoparts schedules for various development projects/bidding and other set plan.
•       Develop and implement strategies to improve products for better yield and reliability.
•       Coordinate with internal departments, senior management and external customers to ensure efficiency.
•       Analyze and resolve interdepartmental issues, respond to queries and provide product training and ensure completion within time frame.
•       Coordinate with various vendors and suppliers as required.
•       Update documentation and ensure that the duties and responsibilities of every staff and associate are well implemented.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

-FEMALE
-23-35 Y.O
-GRADUATE OF ANY BUSINESS RELATED COURSE
-ATLEAST 1 YR. EXPERIENCED ON RELATED SKILLS
-WILLING TO BE ASSIGNED IN MARAMAG.
-WITH STRONG LEADERSHIP SKILLS
