Service Oriented business with Goodyear Autocare, Mr. Tyre and Customer oriented chain of CHAMS Convenience Store in Cagayan de Oro. Is in need of a HR Recruitment Officer

Job Description:

Responsible with the strategic providing of pool for applicants in the Group of Companies.
Provide timely potential candidates for specific vacancies to requesting departments.
Responsible for conducting New Employee Orientations and other trainings intended to provide continuous growth for all employees.
Should upgrade recruitment systems based on what is fitted in the culture, to date.
Creation and submission of Employee data.
Creation and dissemination of job advertisements.
Other responsibilities that may be additionally assigned by immediate head.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology , Human Resource Management, or equivalent
Female, 22-30 years old.
Must be proficient in Oral, Written and Interpersonal skills
Must have knowledge in Microsoft Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Recruitment/ Selection and Training experiences, an edge.
Willing to travel across Philippines.
Well driven and highly motivated.
Applicants must be willing to work in Cagayan de Oro.
