Job description:
.Responsible for the Recruitment, Selection, and Hiring of Applicants.
.Responsible for the procurement issuance of office and general supplies.
.Ensures proper maintenance of the company’s administrative records/documents.
.Conducts orientation for the newly hired employees.
2. STORE SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
-Female, 25 – 38 Years Old
-Graduate of any four-year course
-Fast Learner and Willing To Be Trained
-With experience in Supervisory field is an advantage
Functions:
-Monitor functions and performance of employees within the CRD Department.
-Make duty schedules of all CRD employees.
-Monitor cash remittance report with regards to Cashier’s Overages and Shortages.
-Monitor cleanliness within the counter area.
-Make incentives for CRD employees with approval from an HR Officer.
-Perform other tasks as required by management.
3. WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Female, 25 – 38 Years Old
-Graduate of any four-year course
-Fast Learner and Willing To Be Trained
-With experience in Warehouse Supervisory field is an advantage
Functions:
-Responsible for compliance for procedure, cleanliness of warehouse, repacking areas, B.O. areas, unloading areas, and carton area.
-Ensures that all the stocks are clean, organizes, and balanced.
-Ensures that there will be no unauthorized persons are loitering in the bodega and B.O. area.
-Responsible in handling the checkers, the receiving in-charge, the releasing team, the warehouse in charge, warehousemen and lastly, the repackers. Makes sure that they are aware about their roles and responsibilities.
-Ensures procedures for receiving, checking, releasing (to counter, selling area and B.O. to suppliers) and warehouse storing are followed. (*not authorized to receive, check or release stocks. But is mandated to ensure procedures are followed).
-Ensures no abandoned, forgotten stocks are found outside specifically along loading areas and hallways.
-Keep stamps at the end of the day.
-Keeps all logbooks at the end of the day.
-Ensures stock cards are updated by WIC real time.
-Coordinates or works with the Warehouse Auditor to ensure stocks are balanced.
-Coordinates with Warehouse Auditor for the sale of scraps. (*not authorized to make transaction without audit).
-Conducts planning with purchasing and WIC for stock placement especially peak season.
-Coordinates with HR for hiring, disciplinary measures, manpower evaluation and manpower planning for peak season.
-Coordinates with CRD Supervisor for carton, packaging requirement for peak season.
-REPORT ANOMALIES TO TOP MANAGEMENT.
