1. Position: LIBRARY CLERK

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree holder
-Computer literate
-Service oriented

Job Description:
-Performs the physical processing of references
-Facilitates the availability and circulation of references
-Keeps and submits required periodic report
-Performs tasks that may be assigned to improved library service

2. Position: LIBRARIAN

Qualifications:
-A holder of valid professional license for librarians
-A holder or pursuing a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science, MA/MAED in Library Science, or related fields (i.e. Computer Science, Information Systems, Educational Technology) (In accordance with RA No. 7722 (Higher Education Act of 1994) and RA No. 2003 (Philippine Librarianship Act of 2003)
-Computer literate
-Service Oriented

Job Description:
-Organizes the library collection to ensure efficient identification and retrieval according to prescribed procedure and policies
-Designs and implement instructional activities for the maximum use of references
-Monitors and evaluates the service staff in the performance of their duties and responsibilities
-Prepares and submits required lists and reports to the Administration
