We are expanding our operations here in Mindanao and is therefore looking for an Agency Leaders and Associate Agency Leaders with the following qualifications:
1. College graduate, between 25 to 45 years old
2. At least 4 – 5 years experience in sales/ business development
3. Experience in handling and motivating people to be team players, either in Sales of Insurance , Investments and Financial Products, or other non-related fields is an advantage
4. Basic Qualities : Integrity, Passion to help others, People oriented
5. Basic Competencies: Communication Skills, Creativity, Strong drive to achieve
6. Good network is an advantage
What are the responsibilities?
1.Be able to help people or families save and invest.
2.Conduct financial needs analysis, and
3.Lead clients toward financial solutions which best suit them
