-Licensed Mechanical Engineer
-1-3 years experience (experienced Bldg. Administrator is an advantage)
-Not more than 30 years of age
-Resident of Cagayan de Oro or willing to relocate here
-Willing to render extended working hours
-Able to work with less supervision
