Company: CLIMBS Life and General Insurance Cooperative is a composite insurance cooperative owned by more than 2,000 cooperative primaries and federations all over the country. As an insurance provider for cooperatives and its members, we provide a number of services which include Life Insurance, Property Insurance & Health Care products.

The ultimate goal of CLIMBS is to advocate a well integrated financial system where Cooperative Insurance, Cooperative Banks and Cooperative Primaries and Federations will be united and make the cooperative serve its members to its potential and be an active participant in nation building.

Position: HR/Training Manager

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS/BA in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Marketing or any related course with 3 years managerial experience in all areas of personnel administration.
• Knowledgeable in implementing and administering HR policies and procedures
• With in-depth understanding and practice of Labor Laws and Code

Knowledge and Skills:

• Must have a pleasing personality, confident, smart and possesses maturity to handle pressures
• Computer literate and with above average communication skills both oral and written
• Required language(s): English, Filipino
• Possess a strong bias for action and a keen sense of urgency
• Ability to analyze organizational behavior as well as human behavioral characteristics and motivations
• Self confident and professionally tactful to be able to stand your ground and convictions in the face of opposing opinions
• Display leadership qualities and behaviors
• Manpower Planning, Performance Appraisal, Training, Formulation and Implementation of HR policies, exposure to function of Personnel Department and have good communication skill
