Position: HR Officer
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & selection (including testing)
- Conduct new employee orientation, telephone etiquette, and basic customer service seminars
- Develop policies as required by top management
- Interpret policies and handle disciplinary measures
- Advise supervisors & managers on company policies including concerns on attendance, discipline, performance, grievances
- Employee relations
- Administer mandatory benefits
- Handle payroll data
- Comply with labor, health, and safety laws
- Maintain records & make reports on hires, transfers, movements, absenteeism rates, turnover
- Represent company in DOLE/NLRC hearings and investigations.
Qualifications:
- Female, 25-40 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration
- Minimum 4 years experience in Human Resources
- Minimum 1 year experience as Team Leader
- Salary commensurate with experience
