NPMS is now accepting applicants for J.Co Donuts and Coffee (General Santos City)

1. Warehouse Staff

– Not older than 30 yrs old
– At least Vocational/ Short courses certificate, Bachelors degree on any field
– with minimum 1 yr work experience
– can work with minimum supervision and can handle pressure well

2. Quality Control Staff

– Male/Female; 25-30 yrs. old
– Must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or equivalent working experience in Quality Control/Assurance
– Can work under pressure, with or without supervision
– Must have a good communication skill and can deal with different types of people

3. Management Trainees

– 25-30 yrs. old
– College grad. (Bachelor’s degree in Management, F&B Services Management, HRM from reputable university)
– Must have experience in a food industry of at least 2 years
– Able to supervise daily store operations, responsible for the management of operating expenses and food cost
– Capable of leading store in achieving performance targets
– Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
– Willing to work on flexible hours

4. Production Crew Baker

– Male/Female; not older than 28 yrs. old
– Must possess at least Vocational Diploma/ Short courses certificate, Bachelor’s degree on any field
– Must have basic knowledge on baking
– Preferable 1-2 yrs experienced employees specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant services or its equivalent

5. Front Line/ Service Crew/Barista

– Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
– Male/Female; not more than 26 yrs. old
– At least 5’2″ in height
– Pleasing personality personality and customer service skills
– Must finish at least 2nd year college in any field, College graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management/ Business Studies/ Administration/ Food & Beverage Management or its equivalent
– Can work with minimal supervisionb
– Organized and can multi-task, a team player
