Position: TECHNICAL ASSISTANT
The successful candidate, under the supervision of the Senior Manager for Project Development, shall ensure that requested housing construction materials meet industry standards in terms of quality, quantity, specifications and prices against delivery and quantity take-off. He shall likewise ensure that materials are stored properly and accounted for.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Civil Engineering or Architecture, preferably licensed;
- At least 2 years work experience in subdivision development and low cost housing construction;
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office applications;
- Familiar with the Building Code of the Philippines and Socialized Housing projects;
- Have good oral and written communication skills;
- Know how to drive and must posses a valid driver’s license;
- Willing to work in Cebu
