Operations Manager -VisMin
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the formulation, recommendation and administration of plans, policies and programs for the over-all maintenance and security requirements in assigned Toys R Us stores
- Prepares analysis and provides sound conclusion and recommendations to improve business
- Recommends and develops strategies in line with management, brand and financial objectives
- Ensures proper implementation of employee discipline, company policies and procedures in assigned stores
- Coordinates with Head Office support departments on concerns and issues related to store operations
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of any four-year course preferably Business or any related course
- Minimum of 3 years experience in store management
- Must be willing to travel to conduct store visits
- Position will be based in Cebu, Cagayan de Oro or Bacolod
