SALES DOCUMENTATION AND COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management/Liberal Arts/Marketing or equivalent.
* At least 1 year of working experience in Sales Documentation and Administration from a reputable Real Estate company
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Ensure completeness and accuracy of all Buyers documentation requirements
* Attend to pre and post sales inquries
* Conduct background and credit investigation
* Prepare all pertinent sales documentation (Contract to Sell, DOAS, etc.)
* Facilitate/Coordinate with Bank re buyer’s Bank Home Loan application
