2. HR STAFF

• Female, 21-26 years old
• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
• With 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Excellent organizational skills are required to manage a number of competing tasks.
• Job also includes in a series of human resource functions that include recruitment of applicants, the selection of candidates, conducts interviews, exams and orientations as well.
• With basic understanding of human resources functions as learned in a number of settings such as office management, management/supervision of subordinates is required.
• Interpersonal skills in dealing with subordinates and superiors are required.
• Fast learner, cooperative and team player to the organization.
