Qualifications:

• Male or Female, 27-40 years old
• Graduate of a Four(4) year course, Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Development, Psychology, Business Management, and Behavioral Sciences (Post Grad: Diploma Course, Masteral/Doctorate Degree is an advantage)
• Five (5) Years experience in the same capacity
• Computer Literate (MS Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

2) Training and Development
3) Compensation and Benefits
4) Employee/Labor Relations
5) Organizational Development
